Transauto offers personalised services as follows, according to your needs:

- Tow truck : Collecting/Delivery/Assistance

- Personalised Delivery: Covered/Washed/Delivery Surprise

- Transport Protection: Wrap Guard for body and glasses.

- Special transportation: For test-drives, fairs and expositions transported by covered trailers (Siders).

- Vehicles transportation on its own.

- Customer Assistance (call nº 0800-707-3499 - toll free), were suggestions, compliments and complaints may be submitted, get to know Transautos services and obtain several access to Transauto Website. Office time attendance: monday to friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 am and from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
