Quality and logistics are intrinsically linked in all automotive transport operations.

The management and provision of transport and logistics services are based on continuous improvement processes. We use the tools set out in the international standard ISO 9001.

The aim of our quality management system (QMS) is to guarantee organisational excellence in fully meeting the expectations of internal and external audiences, involving all work stages and routines.


Scope of certification

Transauto received certification of its quality management system in accordance with NBR ISO 9001:2015 on 5th October 2017, for the following scope:

“Transportation of National and Imported Vehicles, Headquarters in São Bernardo do Campo and branches in São José dos Campos, Caçapava, São Bernardo do Campo (Demarchi and Batistini), São José dos Pinhais, and Gravataí.”
