  • 1959Founding of Transauto.

  • 1969Partnership with the Rede Ferroviária Federal - RFFSA to implement the system of transportation of new vehicles by railways with the construction of the terminals in Utinga and São José dos Campos.

  • 1975Design and construction of the first flatbed trailer to operate in Brazil, used in the transportation of agricultural machinery, bus and truck chassis. Today, this trailer also transports vans, cargo vans, pickups, tractors, forklifts, boats, and helicopters.

  • 1976Commissioned research to the School of Administration at FGV on the feasibility of vehicle transportation by cabotage, primarily destined for the Northeast region of the country.

  • 1981Commencement of transporting parts and materials from Volkswagen to its dealership network in the interior of São Paulo.

  • 1990First transportation company to obtain authorization from the Coordinator of the Customs System to operate in the road modal under national transit customs regime.

  • 1991Receipt of the Quality Certificate for Transport Operations, conferred by Volkswagen and its dealerships.

  • 1996Obtaining the Registration of International Road Cargo Transportation Company, granting the company the right to carry out cargo transportation in Mercosur countries.

  • 1998Signing of a partnership agreement with the Egerland Group from Germany, involving technology transfer for vehicle preparation and distribution centers.

  • 1998Achievement of NBR ISO 9002 Certification, conferred by the Vanzolini Foundation and IQNet - International Certification Network. First vehicle transportation company to certify branches.
